Our Story
PK Sourdough MicroBakery began with a simple love for good bread and a shared dream between husband and wife, Paula and Adam.
Together they've turned their home kitchen into a small but mighty MicroBakery. What started as baking loaves for family and friends quickly grew into a mission: to bring nourishing, organic, and thoughtfully made baked goods to our community.
From our home kitchen to your table, every loaf is baked with care, intention, and the belief that good bread brings people together.
